Question:How do I interpret the criminal search results?
Answer: Our Criminal Check report may yield an individual's criminal records or indicate a lack of relevant results for the specified search criteria. In order to use this service, customers pay a small search fee.
While our Criminal Check report can yield useful information, please use extreme caution in interpreting the results of any criminal background search. A positive match does not guarantee the nature or even existence of an individual's criminal record. CIS Nationwide is not responsible for explaining or analyzing Criminal Check results. For assistance in interpreting criminal records and other official documents, please contact a competent legal professional.
