The United States District Court for the District of Arizona was created on June20, 1910.the United States Congress organized Arizona as one judicial unit. It has the state of Arizona under its jurisdiction. The District Court of Arizona is held in five cities viz. Phoenix, Tucson, Flagstaff, Yuma and Prescott. It falls under the Ninth Circuit.
