On the contrary, a man as young as 21 years, Jacob Michael William Boyice, was recorded of sexual offending in Colorado Sex Offenders List as he is believed to have assaulted a child in 2007.His Reg. id is 23746 and his present whereabouts are still unknown.
There have been several cases where a person had assaulted a child taking advantage of being in a position of trust. Such was James Robert Bergeron, with Reg. id 46758 convicted in 2003.
Rodrigo Castorena-Diaz (31 yrs old with reg. id 16708), too did the same mistake and was caught in 2005. Presently he has been deported to Mexico.
In another report, a man named Jesus Aguirre-Suarez from Mexico, 27 yr old; id 36924 was filed with the attempt of 1st degree sex assault with force and violence in 2007. Recently, he has been convicted as a Sexually Violent Predator in the County Colorado Sex Offender List and is deported to his country on 07/11/08 where he is still under trial.
